Triangles is operated by Alisa Coleman, based in the Bay of Plenty, New Zealand. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of this website.

2. Digital Products

All downloads are digital products delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded. Please ensure you are purchasing the correct product before completing your order.

3. Workshops & Events

Workshop and event bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event date will receive a full refund or credit. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, but your booking may be transferred to another person or a future event at our discretion. Triangles reserves the right to reschedule or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be offered.

4. Physical Products

Some products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers. Shipping times may vary depending on supplier location and availability. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
