Lightworker, grid worker, quantum healer, angelic channel, and guide — lots of fancy words but at my core, I am a fellow human navigating this earthly journey alongside you. Thank you for visiting this space, I hope you enjoy learning a little about my journey.
My roots were originally planted near the mystical lands of Glastonbury, England, but I have called beautiful New Zealand home for the past 25 years. Here, I live a rural life with my husband, our two teenage boys, and a delightful mix of farm animals and pets in the Bay of Plenty — side note; what a wonderfully named region.
While my daily life is grounded in the countryside, I’ve always had a foot in the unseen world and been interested in spiritual phenomenon, who doesn't love a good ghost story! Throughout my early years there were many moments where a clear awareness of other beings sharing this dimension, was thrust upon me.
My auntie's house was blessed with a resident 'ghost' she called Maude. Maude loved to start battery toys when they were devoid of batteries and walk heavily across the upstairs hallway or scare the living daylights out of anyone who stayed the night, you get the picture. My aunty could see and converse with Maude, apparently she wore an old fashioned dress with lace to a point over the fingers and admitted she was trapped between worlds, unable to move. This always struck me, even as a kid as sad, with a touch of weird. Why was she trapped. How could she be trapped. Who or what was trapping her.

This ghostly world was in complete contrast to my weekend world of the Church of England religion. The church was part of my life from a young age, I visited our local church weekly, Sunday school and singing in the choir were just what I did on a Sunday.
Then my grandfather passed away when I was about 13 years old and that was a turning point. I stopped church — other than high days and holidays — I never felt I got to the bottom of what it was all about. Instead, I began seeking my own path. I met a spiritual medium, made my first pendulum from beads (I still have it) and my awareness opened up a lot. To be honest, I scared myself silly with that pendulum. No boundaries, no protection just straight up having a chat to whoever came through — needless to say it was not always pretty!
Those early experiences gradually formed into a personal belief system and practice enhanced and broadened through travel, relationships, careers, learning meditation, yoga, tarot and creative arts — all the stuff we do.
Healing formally became part of my landscape in 2018 when I gained my first official qualification in Reiki. Reiki fundamentally shaped my understanding of myself, the world we live in, and the part I was destined to play. Crystal energy healing and oracle cards rolled in along with lots of work with Angels and elemental beings. Channeling emerged organically; what began as simple written notes quickly progressed to channeled meditations, automatic writing, connecting with spiritual teams, and light language.

Triangles sprang to life with much enthusiasm in 2019 to bring these newly discovered energetic gifts forward and help weave simple daily practices into peoples lives. Triangles began creating and holding meditations spaces, performing quantum level healings and clearings, selling beautiful crystals, teaching through workshops, and sharing sacred tools.
One of my purposes is to help you dissolve old blocks, realign your chakras, awaken your body's natural healing rhythm and allow remembering to occur.
