I find the concept of remote healing hard to understand - can you explain? 

In the realms (or frequency bands) other than our own, time / space / distance don't exist in the same way as we understand them. Basically, the healer (me) can 'bridge' the gap between themselves and the client (you) by accessing the quantum energy field which joins all living things on earth. Think of it like a energy bridge between the two heart chakra's, this bridge is created by the healer with the permission of the clients higher self, it is held safe and stable by the angelic beings involved in the healing, and it is disconnected once the healing is over.

OK, but what about pre-recorded healings - how do you know who's going to use it? 

I don't! In the case of pre-recorded healings firstly the intention is set for the highest good of all, and the highest good of the person purchasing the healing. All beings present during the recording are from the 8th dimension or above and the space is meticulously cleansed and cleared. The bridge is still created but it is held and managed by the angelic beings who permit access to the healings highest codes only to those who have offered an energy exchange (payment). Liken it to a security guard at a concert - they only let in those who have tickets.

The healing is powerful and effective and provides the opportunity for the client use its powers again and again as required. In-person healings have a human to human connection which, for some people, is base line requirement in order to heal, but for others pre-recorded flexible healings are an excellent alternative that fit in well with our busy lives.

Do you offer refunds and returns on items I buy in the shop?

Pre-recorded healings, meditations and workshops and other online offerings are unable to be 'returned' or refunded so please chose carefully.

Physical products can be returned for a full refund including all shipping within 7 days of you receiving them if they arrive broken or faulty. Some products are provided by other suppliers so their refund policy will apply.

If you change your mind about a physical product, you may return it at your own shipping expense and a full refund for the value of the product (excl the original shipping costs) will be issued as long as the product arrives with us intact and re-sellable. So again, please choose carefully. 

What is a guided meditation and why are yours different?

Guided meditation is excellent for experienced and new meditators alike. It is where the facilitator verbally walks you through each aspect of the experience one step at a time. It is very helpful if your mind is prone to wandering as the facilitator becomes the 'anchor' bringing you back to the meditation even when your mind has gone back to your 'to do list'. There is often soft, low level background meditation music playing which also can anchor you back to the meditation. 

My guided meditations are channeled through my angelic team and what a wonderous journey they always take us on. We set a very high frequency which allows elemental beings such as fairies, gnomes, dragons, elves etc to regularly come forward and share their healing, gifts, signs and wisdom. All negative energies that are ready to go, are removed from your aura during my meditations which helps lift your overall frequency and can make you feel really alive and vibrant when you come back to the real world.

What are 'Enlightenment Tools'? 

These are offering which allow you to learn and grow, such as workshops, live events, talks, journals - that type of thing. Some are pre-recorded, some are free, some are pdf's but all are focused on raising your vibration.

Where are you based?

I live in the Bay of Plenty in New Zealand, and am originally from Bath in the west of England.

Have you got any qualifications?

Yes I do. I'm a Usui Reiki healer level 1&2 (House of Light, New Zealand), Crystal Energy Guide via the Alternative Therapies Association in the UK & Kyle Gray, Angel Guide course (Kyle Gray), SCHH quantum hypnotherapy therapist (Laura Whitworth, UK). Plus courses in oracle card reading, channeling, light language and remote writing to name a few.

But fundamentally none of that really matters. I am a light worker, a quantum healer, a spiritual channel, an earth grid worker and your fellow human.
