Please wear comfortable clothing, you will be lying on the therapy table for around an hour.

Any spiritual guidance coming through during your session can be shared if you wish, however if you'd prefer not to know that's absolutely fine, please communicate this request before the session begins.

You will be offered the opportunity to draw an oracle card, for an additional spiritual message, at the end of your session.

Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult for Crystal Reiki.

If you are intolerant to scents such as palo santo or require specific assistance in any way, please mention this when you book.

Online transfer or cash are accepted as payments on the day, there are no payment plans available. Gift vouchers are available for purchase - just message me. No refunds after your healing, are available.

Please understand, I am unable to hold space for your healing if you are under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs.

Angel Letters - please understand in order to connect to your spiritual team, I will need your date of birth and full name, thank you. Letters will be sent as soon as possible after the reading so an email address will be also needed.

Remote Crystal Reiki - the more you tend your space before the healing, the more you will get from your healing, consider candles, warm blankets, soft music, dim lighting, crystals, incense and anything that helps you relax and feel at peace.

Meditations - meditation can be a powerful spiritual tool and can sometimes leave us feeling lightheaded. If this happens to you please ensure you stay longer at the studio until you feel more settled and drive home very carefully. Drink plenty of water. If you're still feeling a little light headed, walk barefoot on the earth/grass until you are grounded properly.
